Alex and Shade (first time using computer with art

Alex and his familiar Shade... Both are guardians in training. Their home is at war with creatures(name undecided) Alex and shade can combine to form something stronger as well gain other abilities in order to help fight and protect.
Abilities- Shadow shifting, and weapon creation.
(this is my first character for a comic i plan later. also the first time ive used a computer to color)
